What do you like best about Decagon?

Best feature or advantage according to me the customer gets answered immediately so that "no need to wait" feel that customer gets goes a long way in improving the overall customer experience.The UI is simple and it was really easy to integrate with our systems ! It's working really great and we are super happy with the performance. We had a few chats with the support team and they are really amazing and pricing is also good, we can choose the one that fits our requirement. The AI system used is good and intelligent and the instances of hallucinations are really low for our test cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

Nothing till now, will share if we have any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decagon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly two problems. 1) we are able to save the agent's time since most of the simple and repetitive tasks are now completely handled by AI. So that helped in saving cost and we could take up more work which increased the revenue. 2) Customers were getting assisted instantly and they don't feel the "Wait" anymore !
