This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few if they had really opted out. They said no. Then I realized MY OWN email was marked as having opted out of our emails, so we really kenw something was wrong. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team. No matter how much we begged for help, we didn't hear anything helpful from them (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. So if you don't download in 7 days, it's deleted.
