What do you like best about DeBounce?

The service it's pretty good, not as fast as would like, for example a 17k contact list, took about 4h, but it's okay.

Before using DeBounce, we got upto 25% failed, and that was doing bad presence for our domain, also our SMTP server told us to fix that to keep using it. After we used deBounce, we only got like 25 failed mails, less than 2%, so it worked, for sure.

Also the price it's the cheapest we seen, so I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeBounce?

Recommendations to others considering DeBounce:

We recommend to implement if you have a website to make a user to validate the mail and every month or so, do a clear with DeBounce, if not, that will be pretty expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DeBounce solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about DeBounce?

I like the email validation tool to test if an email may be real. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeBounce?

DeBounce marked hundreds, probably thousands, of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few if they had really opted out. They said no. Then I realized MY OWN email was marked as having opted out of our emails, so we really kenw something was wrong. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging.

The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team. No matter how much we begged for help, we didn't hear anything helpful from them (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing.

What do you like best about DeBounce?

I can connect is fairly easily to leadshook and it can make sure I'm not getting bullshit leads which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeBounce?

Customer support isn't really techy and can't help you with other softwares integration but that's completely okay that's not their job, I guess I just am not familiar with the customizability and how it works, but for the most part a good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DeBounce?

Found out about DeBounce from a paid cold email group I'm a part of, lots of tool testing - debounce was the hands down winner when it comes to lowest bounce rates. The price is also a big plus, less than most competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeBounce?

Only negative is the cleaned emails are only kept on the server for 7 days. So if you don't download in 7 days, it's deleted. Can't blame them, but it's something to be aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saved my campaign!"

What do you like best about DeBounce?

I started using Debounce with 25k credits to verify 20k leads and when I recieved the report back I found that only 52% of my leads has deliverability! without this verfication my emails and domain score would've been destroyed and the whole process was super quick and smooth with multiple options to get my reports! Totally recomend Debounce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeBounce?

The only minor thing I disliked is asking for a 20K credits option and when I got it, it was the some price quote as the 25k option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
