I like that Debian can run for months or even years and just works, without bloatware or forced background processes. It gives us a blank canvas we can control and automate, and we get maximum performance from our hardware without spending money on other software. It meets our needs 24/7 without random crashes. Some of Debian’s packages can get outdated. When I need a new feature, I have to add it from a repo manually and compile it. The initial setup can feel boring, and I’d like a more modern installer that’s ready out of the box. My setup was good, but there was one small error that should be improved.
