What do you like best about DealHub AI?

So easy to use, quick to set up, and still flexible enough to support our start-ups quickly changing needs. My CSM has been an incredible support throughout the whole process. Very responsive and knowledgeable. DealHub has been much more affordable than alternatives we looked into. It's also much more easily configurable and flexible than Salesforce CPQ. What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

DealHub has required us to put more standardization around our proposal documents, which has just been a bit of extra work to implement. It's definitely a best practice so not a major complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DealHub AI:

When you decide to implement DealHub, make sure you include someone who is an expert on your pricing model and your Salesforce Administrator (if you use SFDC). Be sure to prepare some of your sales team to test the solution before you go live. It's much easier to implement if you already have clear pricing rules defined, but be flexible on best practices for implementation. We were able to change a few parts of our pricing process to achieve the same output, but in a much simpler way that will be easier to manage long term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealHub AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Faster quoting and proposal generation. Sales reps are able to create complex pricing themselves and rules are in place so they can't make mistakes. Approval processes are implemented so reviews only have to happen if specific parameters are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
