"Powerful Customization and Automation, Though Setup Takes Work"

What do you like best about DealHub AI?

I like how customizable DealHub AI is for a complex business. Our consultant always found a solution, and the onboarding team was open about the downstream effects so we could decide whether to improve a process before automating it. DealHub AI turned a very manual contract process that took about 30 minutes into one that takes 5 to 10 minutes. It also let us build approval workflows and gave us more control, insight, and oversight. Because we capture information in a standardized way, we’re set up to add more automations through downstream tools. The onboarding team made the process seamless and worked through the details with us. Whenever I brought Carl a problem, he found a solution or took it to the wider team and came back to us. What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

With all the customizations, DealHub AI isn’t something I can just jump into for a straightforward onboarding or setup. Setup wasn’t easy because our business is complex, not because DealHub was difficult to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealHub AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We created contracts manually, without a standardized global process or templates, and had no system to ensure processes were followed. Contracts could have incomplete or incorrect terms, and sales could agree to things we shouldn't, with zero oversight. DealHub AI gave us better control and oversight of outgoing paperwork.
