What do you like best about Dealership EV Dashboard?

The Dealership EV Dashboard is an excellent resource for both customers and our team members because it helps everyone fully understand the benefits of the EV model of interest. The Lectrium tool is especially easy to navigate, and we love the range map feature- it’s a great visual that really puts each EV’s range into perspective in a simple, intuitive way. On top of that, the Lectrium team is incredibly committed to customer care and truly values their partnerships with dealerships. They’re genuinely some of the best partners we’ve worked with. What do you dislike about Dealership EV Dashboard?

The only challenge we’ve encountered is that some of our OEM partners don’t currently allow us to use the tool on our website. However, the Lectrium team is diligently working to expand their OEM partnerships so more dealerships can take full advantage of the platform. Outside of that, we really haven’t found any downsides to the tool- it’s been an overall excellent resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dealership EV Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the greatest challenge Lectrium has helped us solve is the lack of EV education available for both consumers and our own team. The Dealership EV Dashboard is incredibly insightful, and the range map in particular has been a huge asset in easing potential EV customers’ range anxiety.
