What do you like best about DealersCloud?

One of the Best CRM systems out there for contacting customers and reading statistics, keeping track of inventory and costs and accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealersCloud?

They need to work on Merging multiple of the same lead source. Too many multiple leads come in and the sales people get confused and step on each others toes when it comes to claiming customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealersCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Training is necessary and even though there was a new interface design, it's not as user friendly. It is a structured organized contact network. There is a lot of versatility for Accounting and titles and sold cars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
