Describe the project or task DealerFire helped with:

We switched to Dealerfire about 2.5 years ago from another provider. The change was seamless and it allowed us to make changes to our website without having to know any coding. Very user-friendly setup with their Engine 6 and if a more complicated change is needed I am able to call support to have it taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerFire?

That I can make changes daily if needed and do not need to call or email for every request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerFire?

When calling or emailing support, the request can take longer than expected. The support team at Dealerfire is slow to respond since many requests are sent to the team in India. My last integration request to add a script took over a week to be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealerFire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dealerfire is compliant with Toyota's TDDS 2.0 requirements and has made sure I keep up with the guidelines Toyota has set for our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
