What do you like best about DE7LS CRM Platform?

I like how well-adapted the DE7LS CRM Platform is for our small commercial-printing shop DruckArt Köln GmbH. It's not about handling heavy sales pipelines for us, but about tracking print-job feedback, color-proof approvals, and client revision history while ensuring our client's metadata stays GDPR-safe. The platform's flexible custom-record structure is something I value greatly since I can build fields specific to print production, like paper stock specifications and revision version numbers. Our graphic designers and production technicians can quickly look up existing project contexts without the risk of modifying critical client-metadata. Its immutable activity log is incredibly useful, allowing me to trace all edits back and see who did what, which has saved me hours of tracking down information. What do you dislike about DE7LS CRM Platform?

First off, there is no native filtering grouped by print-job status or project type. Not long ago, our internal compliance team requested a full overview of all ongoing poster-production client projects. The system only allows me to search by exact project name or client name. I had to export the whole project dataset and manually filter thousands-of-rows inside Excel to pull out every poster-related entry. That tedious sorting work took me close to two hours just to prepare our required GDPR audit documentation. Large-size project history exports also suffer from timeout issues. When I tried pulling three months of complete revision and feedback logs for a periodic business review, the export kept failing mid-download. I could not get one consolidated file.
