Describe the project or task DDI helped with:

We used DDI Lead to train managers at our various stores across the country. A lot of the managers don't have formal training and worked their way up the chain at the store, so this provided awesome leadership and coaching training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DDI?

The content in the DDI Lead program as well as the Communication and Coaching courses, were very informative and helpful for our DDI students. They provided great activities to do with the group to put the concepts to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DDI?

Some of the content was tricky to modify to make super relevant for a retail environment. The courses also took a big chunk of time, which was difficult for the DDI students who were also trying to run a store while they were doing the training, which is a reality of our retail world. What problems is DDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

DDI provided leadership training to those in a leadership position at our company who may never have had that formal training. It sparked conversations between employees about how best to coach a team, and it gave some framework on how to give employees feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
