What do you like best about Dazychain?

I love that Dazychain gives us the option to keep everything in one place through a simple, easy-to-set-up filing system. The Outlook plugin makes it straightforward to save documents directly from our email, and the calendar reminders help us stay on top of upcoming deadlines. The search feature within Dazychain is fantastic and has been a huge time-saver.

I also really appreciate the ability to differentiate between matters and deliverables. It’s been great for tracking recurring projects, since we can store documents in a centralized location while still attaching them to the specific deliverable.

What sets Dazychain apart is the level of customization available and the ongoing customer support and improvements! Lidia has been amazing at training new users and has specifically implemented changes within the Dazychain software based on our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dazychain?

I wish the saved emails could be previewed in a format that looks more like the original email, rather than being saved in a kind of HTML-text-only setup. Since Dazychain functions more as a repository than a portal where work is completed, this format is workable, but a cleaner, more email-like interface would be a nice bonus. What problems is Dazychain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dazychain provides our firm with a single source of truth for our files and gives key visibility to our file lifecycles, allowing us to track active files in the system with ease.
