"Dayforce HCM - One stop shopping!"

4/5

What do you like best about Dayforce?

I love the fact that we have 1 single record for employees. We used to have one system for HR, one for payroll and many different ones for Time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

I dislike the fact that I am not an expert on this software yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:

Hire 3rd party consultants to help with the implementation. There is a lot of work and most people in HR and payroll departments have a "day job" they need to do on top of the implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved the problem of trying to keep multiple systems in synch through integration file. We now have HR, payroll and GL reports with the same data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
