I really appreciate Dayforce being a single unified system that combines HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, time, and attendance. This reduces the need for multiple disconnected tools, and it serves as a really strong workforce management tool. I like the smart scheduling feature that uses availability and skills to help our managers reduce overtime and maintain compliance.
