We use Datto SIRIS as a backup solution for our clients, and I especially like the recovery. When we had a ransomware attack affecting around 15 servers and our clients needed them immediately, we could turn servers on in the Datto cloud and virtualize some on Datto devices. Recovery was easy and very fast, and my team and clients were happy. I also like that I can virtualize servers in the cloud and locally. The initial setup was very easy, and the website provides steps to follow when onboarding a client’s device to the cloud. I switched some clients from Veeam because Datto SIRIS can virtualize servers. I’d rate it 10; it’s the best product I’ve seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything that needs improvement so far; everything is good with Datto SIRIS. If anything, I'd like to see more courses added to Datto University so engineers can get more information and knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
