What do you like best about Datto SIRIS?

DATTO Siris is easy to sell. It has a monthly cost, our devices were free, and you can scale your selection depending on the setup of their existing server. The primary feature of restoring the server instantly is the value leader. Hooking it up to the cloud for network restoration is useful, but secondary. Performing a restore itself is easily done through their UI. The screenshot verifications makes checking the health of backups easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto SIRIS?

Getting the network restoration configured took a lot of trial and error. I would really appreciate if there was a way to automatically fail over servers under specific conditions. They could work on the Integrated Customer Billing with Autotask to help make billing easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datto SIRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before getting DATTO Siris, we had no choice but to wait for the download of the cloud data onto new/existing hardware. We could do a separate local backup, but that is a lot harder to cut over to when you need the network up and running NOW. We can provide a dramatically shorter RTO for clients that want/need it.
