I really like how Datto Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) highlights problems that we hadn't previously seen, providing alerts on files and threats that our previous software missed. It's also great to see how it integrates into Datto RMM and Rocket Cyber, which has been a significant boost. The switch from Sophos to Datto EDR has clearly been beneficial, and I highly recommend it. The initial setup with Datto EDR was incredibly simple, thanks to the onboarding team ensuring everything was set up correctly the first time.
