What do you like best about Datatruck?

What we like best about Datatruck is that it is designed specifically for the trucking industry and helps keep our daily operations organized. The TMS offers useful tools for managing loads, dispatch, and accounting in one place. We also really appreciate Brian’s support. He is always available by email, listens to our feedback, and is willing to help us find solutions that work for our company and our drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datatruck?

As with any TMS, there is always room for improvement. But it's wayyyy much better with everything we worked so far. Overall, we appreciate the platform and the support we receive from the Datatruck team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datatruck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Datatruck helps us keep our trucking operations more organized by bringing important information about loads, dispatch, and accounting into one system. I can run any report I want, in a second!!!!! It helps our team manage daily tasks, improve communication between departments and drivers, and keep track of what is happening across the business.
