I really appreciate the flexibility and responsiveness of DataToBiz, especially when we encounter issues or have enhancement requests in our Power BI environment. Nandeesh and Chhavi are particularly professional and understanding, asking a lot of thoughtful questions about our data and business needs, which has been really positive for us. Our transition to DataToBiz included remapping and updating our data source, recreating reports, and they have made good progress with our team utilizing these reports effectively. Their ability to be responsive and provide good customer support has made a significant impact on our decision to continue our partnership. Overall, they have been very informative, and their explanation of work has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, there were initial errors with capacity issues and understanding the data, since we have a lot of existing data and data manipulation needed for our reports. Creating the initial requirements was quite a task as there were many aspects to understand in our business. However, these challenges have been successfully overcome, and we haven't encountered many errors since the initial implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
