What I like best about DataScope is how easy it is to build forms, especially with the AI-powered form builder. It saves a lot of time and makes creating operational workflows much simpler, even for non-technical teams.

Another feature I really value is the ability to ask questions about our data using a simple prompt and instantly get a custom dashboard. It makes reporting and decision-making much faster and more accessible for the whole team.

I also love that DataScope allows us to collect data not only through forms, but also through connected sensors. We currently use temperature and GPS sensors, which has helped us centralize operational data in one platform and automate a lot of our monitoring processes.

Additionally, their new pricing plans with unlimited users have been a huge advantage for us. We manage more than 500 users with high turnover, so not having to worry about adding or removing licenses constantly has made operations much easier and more cost-effective. One thing that was a bit of a blocker for us was configuring SSO, since we had to coordinate directly with their team to get everything set up properly. It would be great if that process were a bit more self-service or easier to configure independently.
