WinPharm has been an easy adjustment to make because of the clear commands and prompts. I like that you can sort the profiles by date of last fill, drug name, Dr. name, and date of last fill. The different features of being able to access information from different screens makes switching between tasks mostly seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like least about WinPharm is that if you have many things queued from one profile if you have one that is on cash and one that is billed to insurance it just stops the submitting process after the one that is not billed to insurance. I do mostly long term care and those patients take some over the counter items that are unable to be billed to the primary insurance and it just stops submitting after the cash ones come up in the queue. I also do not like that if you need multiple labels of the same rx number that you cannot do that if you have to resubmit or process from the profile directly.
