I use DataImpulse for a proxy database with my games for fun and I appreciate that they solve issues immediately on live support without sending me to a bot, as there's always a knowledgeable person available. I like that they support their users 100%, and I find the customer service and pricing good. A big plus is that real live people handle the customer service and it's perfectly set up for what I need, unlike other overused services.
