What do you like best about DataDome?

The after-sales service has been the standout. Onboarding didn't end at go-live — our account and technical contacts have stayed genuinely engaged, and when we've raised questions about traffic patterns or tuning, we get someone who actually understands our environment rather than a generic first-line response. Turnaround on support tickets has been fast, and they've been willing to dig into specific requests with us instead of pointing at documentation. The detection itself is solid out of the box, and the dashboard makes it easy to see what's being blocked and why, which matters when you need to justify decisions internally. What do you dislike about DataDome?

Pricing is tied to request volume, so a lot of the cost sits in low-value traffic — scrapers from cheap VPS ranges and regions we don't sell into — that we'd rather drop at the edge before it ever reaches DataDome. Some upstream filtering ahead of the service helps, but it does mean the commercial model and the technical architecture pull in slightly different directions. What problems is DataDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a high-traffic retail site where competitor scraping, credential stuffing and automated abuse around checkout and promotions are constant. DataDome gives us visibility into that traffic and blocks the bulk of it without adding friction for real customers — no CAPTCHAs in the way of people trying to buy something. That protects our pricing data, keeps analytics and paid media reporting cleaner, and takes load off origin infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
