What do you like best about Datacapt?

What I like most about Datacapt is how easy it is to build and customize eCRFs and questionnaires for different clinical studies. The platform is intuitive and flexible, which makes managing participant data much easier. I also have to highlight the amazing support team! They're always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and work closely with us to resolve any questions or issues that come up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datacapt?

I'd love to see improvements in how calculations and formulas are set up, as I find that part a little less intuitive. Having AI assistance to help build calculations automatically would be amazing, especially for those of us who try to avoid doing math whenever possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datacapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Datacapt helps us streamline clinical study operations by keeping participant data, eCRFs, and questionnaires organized in one place. It reduces manual work, makes data collection more consistent, and allows us to track study progress more efficiently.
