What do you like best about Datacapt?

The interface is simple, clear, fluid, and modern. The offered features are well-suited. It is possible to create questions of all types, meeting the varied requirements of clinical studies, with flexible response options. The learning curve is short: it's fun and intuitive. The platform is fast, and I haven't encountered any bugs so far. You can also store documents, which is very useful in multicenter settings for easy access to the latest versions of documents, manuals, procedures, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datacapt?

I have only been using the platform for three months, so I don't have enough perspective yet to objectively identify potential issues. That said, compared to other eCRFs I have tested, DataCapt meets all the necessary criteria for our studies. What problems is Datacapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to build the eCRF yourself and modify it on the fly as soon as you spot a small issue is truly valuable. Everything depends on the studies and their level of complexity, but the setup is very fast. Especially since you can save templates (e.g., questionnaires, socio-demographic modules, etc.) for reuse in new studies, which represents a huge gain. The more you use it, the more efficient you become, and the less time you spend on it. Document management (storage with restricted access) also facilitates communication with centers and the updating of study documents, simply and quickly, without having to go through cumbersome email exchanges.
