What do you like best about Data Mission: Sync?

What I like most about Data Mission: Sync is that it streamlines replicating Dataverse data into a SQL environment without the need for a complex, custom integration. The setup is straightforward, and it gives teams a much simpler way to access, query, report on, and analyze business data using familiar SQL tools. I also appreciate how it reduces the need for manual data exports and makes the data far more usable for reporting, dashboards, audits, and downstream systems. What do you dislike about Data Mission: Sync?

There’s very little to dislike about Data Mission: Sync. The main area I’d like to see improved is more detailed onboarding documentation, including clearer setup examples and troubleshooting guides for new users. Once you understand the initial configuration, the product is straightforward to use, but a bit more step-by-step guidance would make the first-time setup even smoother and easier to follow. What problems is Data Mission: Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data Mission: Sync addresses the challenge of making Dataverse data readily available in a SQL environment for reporting, analysis, integrations, and day-to-day operational use. Rather than relying on manual exports or building custom data pipelines, it enables data to be replicated in a more structured, consistent, and accessible format.

For us, this translates into real time savings and less manual effort, while making business data much easier to query with familiar SQL tools. It also helps improve reporting accuracy, supports better decision-making, and makes it simpler for both technical and business teams to work from the same reliable source of data.
