Suppose we want to load some data to the org, which is 50K records which we cannot do one by one, SO here comes Data loader, which will perform the task in one shot. We have to create a CSV of the records and complete the Action. We can perform Insertion and Upsert of records using Bulk Api in one shot which makes the task of admin A lot more straightforward. We can direct Login to the Org where we want to perform the Action use the CSV, and result of the DML will be available in a downloadable file **What do you dislike about Data Loader?** There is nothing Such a dislike about data loaders, and They can focus on the User Interface of the Data Loader to make it look more attractive for people. Such as creating new themes to make it look more beautiful. **Recommendations to others considering Data Loader:** Definitely it is recommended to everyone who performs the task of bulk loading. **What problems is Data Loader solving and how is that benefiting you?** Major problem solving with data loader is that if I want to insert N number of records, it can do it in one shot using Bulk API. It can process all the records using a CSV file, and Will provides a list of records as a result which all got passed, and all got failed. This made the ADmin task a lot simple and easy. ### 5. We utilize Data loader over other products when we need to reference other objects in ERP and don't have IDs. The main advantage to using the Data loader app is that is saves countless hours versus doing manual data entry into the database.When I imported a file and it failed for any reason, Data loader notified me and kept the file in a history for me to re-execute anytime. Data loader is a great tool for batch importing new record.Flexibility in extract and load processes; mapping fields is extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Data Loader?** can't find a way to rename jobs. This would be useful to organize what was previously created .Further, You cannot export more than 10,000 rows using Data loader.The error messages in CSV file sometimes are not quite clear. Users hardly find a solution in fixing the errors. Additionally, Sometimes exports fail. one more point Mapping fields especially with ObjectID is sometimes not quite smooth **Recommendations to others considering Data Loader:** Data loader is a powerful tool for managing data, to insert, upsert, and export data into CSV file.It is very user friendly and easy to access. so before you going to use that application use have to pre work which is necessary and mandatory **What problems is Data Loader solving and how is that benefiting you?** As earlier i have mentioned that data merging and integration is challenge, we have use this application when we are in implementation phase of Oracle ERP. This has save our lot of time with accuracy. Further, excel will be easy to maintaining in any data merging utility ### 8.
