What do you like best about Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud)?

The best thing which I like most about Salesforce Data Cloud is its ability to unify data from several sources which enhance its capability of data insights with the use of Einstein AI as it offers 360 degree view of customer data to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing which I dislike about Salesforce Data Cloud is its high cost for small enterprises and steep learning curve for the less experienced Salesforce professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used Einstein AI also in my previous engagement with banking and telecom customers. The use of Salesforce Data Cloud along with it boosted up the data insight capability, sales recommendations and AI based automations such as Next Best Action, recommendations etc for the business.
