What do you like best about DarwinAI?

The best thing I like about this DarwinAI platform is how easily we can create value for our sales team, rather than spending hours responding to every inbound inquiry, there a few I qualify, answer common questions and even roots high quality opportunities to the right people. This platform is also easy to configure, even without a technical background, and it also works very well across multiple social media and communication messaging channels. I also like how the natural conversations are being given in this platform, and also their responsive support team has been very effective right from the onboarding phase. What do you dislike about DarwinAI?

Though this platform is continuously improving, there are still few areas that should be polished. I would say they should have more advanced customisation features in the dashboard with deeper analytics on conversational performance and lead stages along with the conversion trend. Having great flexibility to manually intervene in live conversations or provide instant AI feedback directly within the interface should also be made easier in this platform. What problems is DarwinAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform has significantly reduced the amount of manual work involved in inbound lead handling. Can take care of repetitive conversation and even qualify prospects and book appointments by ensuring customers receive immediate response even outside the business hours, and this platform also allows our sales representatives to focus more on qualified opportunities rather than any administrative tasks.
