What do you like best about DarwinAI?

What I like the most is that it filters all the inquiries for me and refers the clients with the best potential. It is relatively easy to implement, improves every day, and gives me much more time to dedicate to the most relevant operations. I don't waste time talking to all the leads since Darwin classifies them for me beforehand. Gradually, it is also improving in the integration of selling specific products from our website, sharing links and direct access to categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DarwinAI?

I would like to have a place where I can see the leads and their current status, whether they are good prospects or to see what stage of negotiation they are in with the assistant. I would also like it to have better capability to close smaller deals, offering discounts or appropriate prices. What problems is DarwinAI solving and how is that benefiting you?
