What do you like best about Dark Bears?

There are many good things about the platform but some of the best that I'd like to mention here would be the resourceful relationship we had with their team, software testing, the execution and timely delivery that they heavily focus on. The team expertise is another thing that is worth mentioning, they always come up with excellent solutions for the problems that we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dark Bears?

We have been using Dark Bears for quite some time now, and quite frequently at that, and we haven't seen many issues. But if they focus a bit more on the platform's interface, it would make the implementation easier and would overall increase the ease of use of the platform. The experience with Dark Bears has been phenomenal and some of the many things that we liked were the outstanding problem-solving capabilities of the teams they provided, the execution and timely delivery, easy documentation and software testing.
