I like the depth and accuracy of the contacts because they give me leads I can email to book meetings. I can use the metro areas to see where investors are, including RIAs, Family Offices, Public Pension Funds, and other institutions, and where they invested. I also like being able to filter by asset class and sub-asset class. The setup was seamless, and I think Dakota Marketplace is great and continues to get better.
