What I like best is the interface is fairly simple and straightforward. It does not have many bells and whistles but that makes it easy to navigate between the menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes new features become available but the whole company must update in order to see these new features. This can become frustrating because most people do not like change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
