What do you like best about D4H?

The dashboard layout of the system is very easy to navigate on a desktop computer and provides a significant amount of information that is vital to understanding team capacity at a glance. The reporting options provide significant information that we have used to submit compliance reports to our municipal and provincial governments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D4H?

There needs to be improvements to either a mobile-enabled website that works on various platforms and screen sized. Alternatively a more robust app that allows more functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D4H solving and how is that benefiting you?

The [D4H] Platform has saved my team countless hours in administration for our volunteer team. The equipment module has streamlined our asset management, we now have detailed tracking of repairs and costs which are used to complete the reporting process required of our government oversight. The ease of use has helped increase the compliance of members completing routine tasks on the system which in turn has made our team safer and more efficient. Volunteers want to do the work they have a passion for not the administration behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
