What do you like best about Cylerian Unified Cybersecurity Platform?

As an MSSP, the biggest win for us has been consolidating what used to be a fragmented stack of separate EDR, SIEM, XDR, and vulnerability assessment tools into a single, unified platform. Cylerian is genuinely extensive in scope—it covers detection, monitoring, and remediation without us having to stitch together multiple vendors and licenses just to get full visibility across our client environments. The pricing is a great fit for SMEs, and the AI-powered investigation saves us a lot of time.

What do you dislike about Cylerian Unified Cybersecurity Platform?

What problems is Cylerian Unified Cybersecurity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an MSSP serving SME clients, the core problem Cylerian solves for us is tool fragmentation. Previously, delivering full-spectrum security coverage meant licensing and managing separate EDR, SIEM, XDR, and Vulnerability Assessment tools — each with its own console, its own learning curve, and its own subscription cost. Cylerian consolidates all of that into a single platform, which has directly benefited us in two ways: cost savings, since we're no longer paying for and maintaining multiple overlapping licenses, and operational efficiency, since our team isn't losing time switching between disconnected tools or manually correlating data across them.
