I’ve been happy with the service. The internal audit makes our certification easier, and working with Cycore Secure is smooth. They provide feedback in a timely manner and reply fast. When I have questions, they answer or look into it if they don’t know right away, which helps me understand the risks and next steps. The project plan is clear, and they follow the deadlines. I can ask multiple questions and get clear answers, which makes the relationship strong and trustworthy. Their explanations of the controls and evidence we need are really valuable and help me decide whether to put my engineering team on a project based on its risk and potential impact on the company or our certification.
