What do you like best about Cybix?

I have all my company tracking in just one app, i dont need multiple things for my sales team, my admin and HR team, I have it all in one. It's easy to understand how everything works, and their price is affordable for a small company. Also its AI helps and supports a lot on how it functions, and also I have a quick IT support when I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybix?

it'd be lovely to do my taxes in their platform as well, but i still need a different platform for it, but thanks to cybix I have all the info up to date, and i just download everything easily to transfer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cybix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with our CRM, billing and payroll to be in just one platform. I had to use multiple apps, now I have all in Cybix, I know how my sales team is contacting the leads, how much they are collecting from the sales and then how much I have to pay them out in commissions in the same platform.
