What do you like best about CyberTools for Libraries?

- Comprehensive suite of features: It provides modern libraries which needs to used.

- User-friendly interface: Easy to navigate and manage various library functions.

-Easy cataloging: Quick entry of new materials.

-Detailed reporting features which help to deep dive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CyberTools for Libraries?

- Third-party integration: what I found is that it's cumbersome and may require additional technical support to integrate it into our own tool.

- Initial setup and learning took time also we needed to connect with support for some queries.

- Need to improve their documentation so it can be easy to find out the solution.

- Occasional update were temporarily disrupt usage which sometimes affect our current work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
