What do you like best about CyberFortify?

What I appreciated most was the smooth communication and responsiveness. We had a dedicated Slack channel for follow-ups, and the team consistently provided quick answers. What do you dislike about CyberFortify?

Recommendations to others considering CyberFortify:

This was our first penetration test, so we don't have other providers to compare with. CyberFortify did a great job assessing our Atlassian Marketplace app, built with Forge and a backend hosted on our own infrastructure. What problems is CyberFortify solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a SaaS vendor serving enterprise customers, we need to regularly assess the security of our applications and infrastructure and provide independent evidence of our security practices. CyberFortify performed a penetration test of Apwide Golive, our Atlassian Marketplace app built with Forge and connected to a backend hosted on our own cloud infrastructure. The assessment covered the application itself, our APIs, and the interactions between Atlassian Cloud and our backend services. Their team identified potential vulnerabilities and collaborated closely with our developers on remediation and retesting. The engagement helped us strengthen our security posture, support our ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance efforts, and give customers independent assurance through a detailed technical report and a customer-facing attestation.
