Cyberday has provided us with a clear, practical, and highly effective platform for building and maintaining an audit-ready Information Security Management System (ISMS). The platform has significantly streamlined compliance management, improved visibility into our security posture, and helped establish a consistent and systematic approach to information security throughout the organization. We have not identified any significant shortcomings or obstacles in Cyberday during the implementation and development of our management system. While a few minor areas for improvement have emerged along the way, these have been actively addressed through product updates. A good example is the import functionality, which has improved noticeably over time and is now more user-friendly than before.

If we were to highlight any future development opportunities, from our organization's perspective an executive-level risk management dashboard and reporting view with clear traffic-light indicators would further enhance the overall solution. However, this should be seen as an additional feature rather than a significant gap, as it would primarily support management oversight and provide an at-a-glance view of the organization's overall security posture.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Cyberday has demonstrated active product development, responsiveness to customer needs, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
