What do you like best about Cyara Platform?

Managing complex customer journeys across web, IVR, and chatbots requires a massive amount of QA effort. Cyara completely changes our workflow by automating functional and regression testing throughout the development lifecycle. We leverage Cyara Velocity, which automatically discovers our existing IVR infrastructure to create a visual map of current call flows, drastically reducing manual script creation. Additionally, the Cyara Botium platform is fantastic for optimizing our conversational AI. It simulates chat typos, voice accents, and background noises to evaluate natural language processing (NLP) accuracy from every angle. What do you dislike about Cyara Platform?

While the platform promotes a no-code interface for designing automated tests, configuring complex, high-volume load testing scenarios using Cyara Cruncher still carries a steep learning curve for newer developers. Integrating the automated test scheduling deep into a custom CI/CD pipeline requires significant upfront configuration, especially when mapping out highly complex omnichannel edge cases. What problems is Cyara Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves is the severe bottleneck of manual QA testing. Manual test script creation used to be the single most time-consuming step in our development cycle. By shifting to an automated, continuous testing model, we are seeing up to 50% faster release cycles for updates and new features. Furthermore, using Cyara Pulse for real-time monitoring allows us to run synthetic interactions in our live production environment.
