It has significantly reduced our printing for in-person events and revolutionized our on site engagement. We did not have a platform to engage before and now the attendee experience extends past the event itself to better connections and return attendees. It is very user friendly and I find, though the every day power user, to have a very low learning curve to implement. (Besides our own folly of refusing to use Cvent Registration...) I wish there were a separate Sponsor portal/management tool instead of it all being the exhibitor management tool. These are two very separate groups for us (with small bits of overlap) yet we have to have them all under exhibitors.
