What do you like best about CV Shortlister?

It can reduce my recruitment work by around 80%. It’s very easy to use, and it’s not a complex ATS. I also don’t need to check every CV once it has been screened. I use this tool alongside our main sourcing channels and hiring stack. I previously evaluated Manatal for resume screening, but CV Shortlister feels much more intuitive and easy to use on a daily basis. The pricing is unbeatable for the value it provides, and exporting candidate data into our hiring workflow is completely frictionless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CV Shortlister?

They need to add more features. For example, if we select a candidate, we should also be able to interview them within the same tool. That’s why I think this one still needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CV Shortlister solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest advantage is that it can screen 100 CVs at one time. It also keeps each job and its candidates separate, so nothing gets merged together. You can add multiple jobs even on the starter plan. It’s the cheapest tool in the market, but the results are still very useful, and you can rely on the tool’s results.
