CutePDF makes−easy to setup a hierarchical structure using bookmarks to organize my large documents into easy−to−browse sections. I like that allows me to adjust page dimensions for either printing or viewing, combine overlapping pages to integrate my custom backgrounds and I can upload files directly to a server.
