What do you like best about CustomGPT.ai?

What do you dislike about CustomGPT.ai?

The most challenging part is getting used to the interface. Once you understand it, it’s great, but it does take some time to learn all the different options and levers. So that, when the chat is live, the experience matches what you intended. The good news is that the online tools and the team make it easy to see what’s missing from your setup and how to fix it. What problems is CustomGPT.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Custom GPT is helping us solve two business problems.

First, customers increasingly want to research and get clear answers to, “What are our offerings as services and programs?” without having to hop on a call, because they’re worried they’ll be sold to during that call. The bot answers their questions upfront and helps warm them up for a sales conversation when they’re ready.

Second, we’re using it with our clients to guide them through our proven processes, so our team can spend more time on the uniquely human, relationship-building parts of the work.
