Being able to make visual changes directly through the Chrome extension is what I use most. I can click on our product page headers, swap out banner text, or adjust our free shipping tier message without having to edit theme code or file a ticket with our developer. The visual editor can get clunky when you try to select sticky elements on mobile views, like an add-to-cart bar that sits at the bottom. I sometimes have to switch to manual CSS selectors instead of just clicking the element on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
