It's easy to get started with. Someone new can pick it up and get the basic tasks done, like sending a broadcast, pretty quickly. The Claude MCP is a big one for me. It lets me connect Customer.io to my other tools through Claude, so I can run a more joined-up workflow instead of jumping between apps. The UI can feel a bit crowded, and some of the simpler, everyday options aren't as easy to find as they should be. When I'm building a campaign, I wish there were more straightforward controls for turning things on and off, like toggles or checkboxes, instead of the current setup. I'd also love to see campaigns (Automations) results laid out as a flow chart, where you can see the open rate, click rate, and conversion at each step. Right now it's harder than it should be to spot exactly where a campaign is losing people and needs work. Adding variables could be more intuitive too. Customer.io lets me handle one-to-many communication with my customers in a way that actually lands. Whether it's a monthly newsletter, an in-app notification, or a product launch, I can run all of it from one place.
