Customer Clearing saves us a lot of time. For big customers with around 10,000 line items, what used to take 2 to 3 days now takes 2 to 3 minutes with the upload program. There’s little to no human intervention, so there are hardly any mistakes: the right invoices get cleared and claims get loaded correctly. It minimizes the risk of problems and makes reconciliation much quicker and easier. Setup was very easy. Best configured the upload program, and we got quick and easy training. It’s user-friendly, and we’re very happy with what we have. It’s an awesome program and the perfect system for us; I’d definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
