What do you like best about Custify?
Custify is a great customer success tool with an easy to use UI, multiple integrations that do not require development resources and an AI that can automate repeating tasks in order to free time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Custify?
The onboarding took longer than expected to get everything up and running. One of the issues was that our data before was not as required and certain events that we needed have not been collected back then. However, everything could be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
