What do you like best about CultureAI?

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

In the xHRM platform, the password policy isn’t very flexible. You can only choose to require (or not require) uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters as fixed options. It would be much better if you could set a rule like “2 out of 4” or “3 out of 4” of those character types. As it stands, you end up having to choose between under-reporting or over-reporting weak passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CultureAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI monitoring platform is addressing a visibility gap around how GenAI is being used across our environment. With that visibility in place, we expect to move soon into enforcing specific rules based on what we’re seeing. The xHRM platform supports our phishing simulations, and it also gives us visibility into which SaaS apps are being used, particularly those accessed without SSO and those associated with weak passwords.
